I worked with Craig Diez over a period of 2 years. We were searching for a house and our search changed a few times. Craig was so patient with me and took me to see over 100 homes. Craig has so much knowledge of the greater Sacramento area. We searched from Natomas to Lincoln. I would send him messages at 6 a.m. with requests in my search and he was always so willing to help me and answer my questions. We did finally settle on a home and he made the purchase process painless. After moving in we had to replace the floor in the laundry room because it was rotten. It was 4 days before Christmas I called Craig in a panic and he sent me a name of a contractor that was able to come out after hours to help us so that we would not have a hole in our floor for Christmas.
